泌乳生理与营养调控

  研究乳腺内养分转运、合成的机制及其影响因素,特别是葡萄糖转运、乳蛋白合成调控的分子机制;探索营养措施调控奶牛泌乳的途径,形成一系列调控乳蛋白、乳脂特别是乳脂肪酸组成的技术,并从分子水平解释营养调控的机理。

  In vitro and in vivo techniques are employed to study the uptake and transportation of milk composition precursors, and synthesis of milk composition (milk protein and fat) in the bovine mammary gland, as well as the factors affecting these processes, focusing on the molecular mechanism. Nutritional strategies are exploited to manipulate the synthesis of milk composition including protein, fat and fatty acids.
