研究领域和兴趣

主要从事动物繁殖学、细胞和胚胎工程相关的应用基础研究,尤其关注牛,猪等家畜卵母细胞、早期胚胎发育调控机制的研究,并注重推进动物克隆、干细胞和基因组编辑等前沿生物技术在动物育种方面的应用。通过研究家畜卵母细胞和早期胚胎发育过程中表观遗传的调控机制,以期加速动物胚胎工程(如体外受精、体细胞克隆等)技术的高效、实用化发展;以CRISPR/Cas9TALEN等为代表的最新的基因组编辑技术,将推动转基因技术的“基因改写”手段发展,结合体细胞克隆技术、显微注射技术等,将有望加速培育出优质家畜品种。
