Examples of Scientific Research Projects

1、消化道内乳成分前体物生成与吸收的规律及其调节机制。研究不同日粮模式下乳脂肪、乳蛋白前体物在瘤胃内的生成与吸收,揭示消化道内乳成分前体物的生成、吸收和转运规律及其调节机制,探明乳成分前体物生成与瘤胃微生物优势菌群之间的关系,阐明瘤胃酸中毒时LPS的生成机制及其与乳成分前体物生成的关系。(国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)课题)

“Law and manipulation of generation and absorption of milk composition precursors in the digestive tracts of dairy cows”. This project is aimed to exploit law of generation and absorption of milk composition precursors in the digestive tracts, especially in the rumen, of dairy cows, as well as their manipulation; to clarify the function of the microbiota in generation of milk composition precursors; and to reveal the formation of lipopolysaccharides during the rumen acidosis and its relation to generation of milk composition precursors. (Funded by National Basic Research Program of China (973 Program), Ministry of Science and Technology, China.)

2、 奶牛营养调控及高效饲养技术研究,科技部十一五科技支撑重大专项子课题,主要研究蛋白质与氨基酸调控泌乳及乳成分、氮素减排技术。

“Nutritional Manipulation Of Dairy Production and Efficient Feeding Techniques”, funded by National Key Technologies R & D Program, with aims at developments of nutritional strategies to enhance milk production, improve milk composition and reduce nitrogen excretion in dairy production system

3、 南方地区饲料资源的高效利用技术与推广应用,农业部公益性行业(农业)科研专项课题,主要研究南方地区奶牛饲料资源营养评定与开发利用,营养减排技术及其推广应用。

“Efficient Utilization of Feed Resources in Dairy Production in South China”, funded by Ministry of Agriculture and aimed at evaluation of and efficient utilization of main feed resources through dietary formulation, and reduction of nitrogen and phosphorus from dairy production.

4、 麻疯树脱毒浓缩蛋白与饼粕开发及其在养殖业中的应用,科技部国际合作重点项目,主要研究麻疯树籽实油粕脱毒技术以及在脱毒饼粕在畜牧生产上的应用效果评价。

Preparation of Jatropha Curcas Protein Concentrate and Seed Meal Free of Antinutrients and Toxic Factors, and Their Utilization in Monogastric, Fish and Ruminant Nutrition”, funded by Ministry of Science and Technology, China. The objectives of the project are to prepare protein concentrate and seed meal free of antinutrients and toxic factors, and to utilize detoxified protein concentrate and seed meal in monogastric, fish and ruminants diets.

5、 瘤胃甲烷生成与调控的微生物学和营养学机理研究, 国家自然科学基金(重点)项目,主要研究瘤胃甲烷生成的微生物学机理及其营养调控减少甲烷技术。

“Microbial and Nutritional Basis for Methane Formation and Manipulation in the Rumen”, funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China (Key project). The overall objectives of this study are to reveal the mechanism of methanogenesis and manipulation of methane release, offer basis for effectively reducing methane emission and regulating rumen fermentation, and provide guidelines for reducing methane production by ruminants.

6、 纤维结合域与瘤胃细菌特异性纤维粘附位点的关系研究,国家自然科学基金项目,主要研究纤维结合域与以产琥珀酸杆菌和白色瘤胃球菌为代表的杆菌和球菌不同纤维粘附位点的关系,揭示瘤胃纤维分解菌特异性粘附的某些机制。

“Relationship between Cellulose Binding Domain (CBD) and Adherence Sites to Plant Cell Wall by Rumen Microbes”, funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China. The object of this study is to analyze the relationship between the CBDS and specific sites adherent to cellulose by Ruminococcus alubus and Fibrobacter succinogenes and aim at reveal the some mechanisms with which rumen fibrolytic bacteria adhere to plant cell wall.

7、 开发利用瘤胃分子技术预测和促进动物生产力,国际原子能机构,通过建立分子生物学技术研究和监控瘤胃微生物,通过营养调控技术减少瘤胃甲烷排放,改善反刍动物生产力。

“Development and Use of Rumen Molecular Techniques for Predicting and Enhancing Productivity”, funded by International Atom Energy Agency (IAEA). The objectives of this project are to improve ruminant performance through a reduction in methane production and develop molecular probes for quantifying populations of rumen microbes.

8、 浙江省饲料资源开发与优化利用研究,浙江省政府专项项目,主要是通过节流开源,为浙江省养殖业发展寻求饲料资源。

“Efficient utilization and exploitation of feed resources in Zhejiang Province”, funded by Zhejiang Provincial Government, with aims at optimal utilization of the current feed resources and exploitation of unconventional resources to develop sustainable animal production systems in Zhejiang province.
